Two reporting tools can show the same chart from the same Google Ads account, and one of them quietly costs you triple at thirty clients. The difference isn't the chart. It's the unit they put on the meter.

DashThis has long charged by dashboard count, and that's the cleanest mental model of the three — you know exactly what bumps the bill. Their entry tier runs around $44–49/mo for roughly three dashboards, stepping up to a Professional tier near $149/mo for about ten. In early 2026 they shifted toward a source-based structure with unlimited users, integrations, and data sources baked in, so the live question really is just: how many dashboards do you need?

Here's where it sneaks up on you. One dashboard per client sounds tidy until a client wants PPC and SEO split into two views, or you take on a second brand under the same account. Now one client is two or three dashboards. At ten clients you're not on the ten-dashboard tier — you're past it, eyeing the next step up. The meter doesn't track clients; it tracks views, and busy agencies sprout views.

DashThis is genuinely good and dead simple if your dashboard count is low and stable. It's the wrong bet if you're the kind of agency that makes a fresh dashboard every time a client asks a new question.
